      R12-12-ASB is a custom 3/4 inch SAE 100R12 hydraulic hose assembly built for very high pressure and high impulse service. Its four wire spiral reinforcement supports demanding hydraulic equipment, and W Series fittings can be crimped without skiving.

      • Recommended service: Very high pressure hydraulic applications using petroleum and water based fluids
      • Compatible hydraulic fluids: Mineral and synthetic oil fluids including HL, HLP, HLPD, and HVLP; oil water emulsions including HFAE, HFAS, and HFB; and water glycol liquids including HFC
      • Additional media: Vegetable and mineral oil based lubricants, cooling water, and compressed air
      • Biodegradable fluids: Generally suitable for HETG, HEPG, and HEES fluids, with compatibility limited by fluid additives
      • Not suitable for: Phosphate ester based hydraulic fluids, including HFD fluids
      • Compatible fittings: W Series bite to the wire hose fittings in all available sizes
