      4SH-20-ASB is a custom 1 1/4 inch EN 856 4SH four wire spiral hydraulic hose assembly for very high pressure and high impulse service. It handles higher pressure than SAE 100R12 hose.

      • Recommended service: Very high pressure hydraulic applications using petroleum and water based fluids
      • Compatible hydraulic fluids: Mineral and synthetic oil fluids, oil water emulsions, and water glycol liquids
      • Additional media: Vegetable and mineral oil based lubricants, cooling water, and compressed air
      • Biodegradable fluids: Generally suitable for HETG, HEPG, and HEES fluids, subject to fluid additive compatibility
      • Not suitable for: Phosphate ester based HFD hydraulic fluids
      • Compatible fittings: W Series bite to the wire fittings through size -24 and JJ Series skive fittings in sizes -20, -24, and -32
      • Hose preparation: No skiving required with W Series fittings through size -24
